Customer Referral Rewards
At Bay Area Internet Solutions we
believe the most significant measurement of a customer's
satisfaction is when they recommend our services to a friend,
family  member,
or business colleague. This is clearly the ultimate testimony of a
customer's confidence and trust in a company. Since our humble
beginnings, much of our growth has been fueled by satisfied
customer referrals. To show our appreciation, we would like to
reward our customers for rewarding us. To this end, we have
established a very attractive program that will reward you for
your confidence in us and your willingness to refer us to others.
How It
Works
For every customer you refer to us, you
will receive a credit on your monthly invoice equal to the base
value of the service level your referral commits to, up to a
maximum of $400. For example, if you refer a DS1/T1 customer to
us, your account will be credited $400, which is the value of a
full T1 referral sell under this program.
There is no limit to the number
of referrals you can make. For example, if you currently have a
$30/month Unmetered dial-up service with us and you refer a T1
customer to us, your account will be credited a maximum of $400
for the T1 referral. In this case, you would essentially be
receiving your own base Internet services free for over a
year. It's that simple!
Getting credit for a referral is
simple, too. All you have to do is make sure that the referral
customer provides us with your full name and email address at the
time they signup for services. They can do this online from our
web page, when signing up over the phone, or when signing up in
person. After your referral customer has been with us for minimum
60-days, your BAIS account will receive a corresponding credit
(See credit details below).

The referral
credit is limited to the amounts shown above and does not
include options, usage fees, or upgrades.

To be
eligible for referral credit, your full name, user ID, or BAIS
account number must be mentioned as the referring customer at
the time the referred customer places their order.

Unless
otherwise specified, the referred customer must sign up for a
minimum of two months and be current on all billing at time of
referral credit eligibility.

New or
existing customers are not eligible for referral credits when
referring themselves or other employees for additional
personal or business accounts.

Authorized
BAIS Resellers and Partners are not eligible for this program.

Usage credits
are non-transferable and hold no cash value. There is no limit
on the number of usage credits that can be accrued.
