Emergency
Customer Support
Typically most of our dedicated or managed solutions are
continuously monitored by our Network Operations Center (NOC).
Consequently, our NOC technicians will normally contact you immediately
should a dedicated or managed service fail to respond to our monitoring.
If, however, if you do discover a problem that we have not already
detected, or you have an emergency issue requiring immediate attention,
please contact our standard customer support line at (408) 545-0500. If
you have a current support agreement, please follow the voice prompts
directing you to our emergency support response line and follow the
instructions given. A NOC technician will contact you as quickly as
possible to assist you.
Service Level Agreements
BayArea.net's dedicated and managed services are backed by an
industry-leading Service Level Agreement (SLA), which represents a
strong commitment by BayArea.net to deliver a specific level of service
availability and service quality. If the committed level of service is
not achieved according to the terms of our SLA, BayArea.net will credit
the customer's account according to the terms of the agreement. To learn
