local telephone company circuit installation, mileage,
local-loop fees and and additional customer premise equipment
as described below:

one-time Telco access facility installation fee to connect
your location to our nearest POP.

A
monthly Telco local-loop fee associated with the dedicated
circuit from your site to our POP. This fee can vary
depending on the distance from your location to our our
POP and the proximity to and/or availability of fiber
facilities.

A
network access router and associated software and cabling
is included. Additional charges may apply for different
access routers or equipment configurations.
