Our Business Web/FTP Hosting Service is tailored for businesses that require additional bandwidth, added features, and increased availability. Your Web content is hosted on a Sun Microsystems server that supports Microsoft FrontPage for Web design and development.

Setup: $60 Includes domain transfer/registration. Annual Internic domain registration fees not included.

Service includes:

  • Register a new domain name or transfer your existing domain name such as yourcompany.com, for your email, Web, and FTP needs.
  • Virtual domain solution on our server with the following features:
    • The look and feel of having a dedicated server on the Internet.
    • FrontPage Extension for Web development.
    • Spam and Email Virus protection Powered by Postini
    • The ability to write your own World Wide Web HTML forms, clickable image maps and cgi scripts in languages such as Perl, PHP, TCL, C, C++, Java and shell.

Our Enterprise Web/FTP Hosting Service is tailored for companies that require business-critical support and highly available services. Your site will be hosted on Sun Microsystems servers running a Solaris operating system. Non-commerce sites will be setup using a standard Apache Web server. Commerce sites will be setup using a Netscape Enterprise Commerce Web Server with secure SSL encryption support. Enterprise Web/FTP Hosting services are also hosted in a highly available and fully redundant data center. BayArea.net provides the enterprise-grade hardware and server software environment. You provide the site content or utilize our Web Site Design and Development Services or work with one or more of our Web site design and development partners to develop world-class web content for you.

Setup: $99 Includes domain transfer/registration. Annual Internic domain registration charges and Verisign RSA SSL encryption fees or renewals are not included.
Monthly: $99 Includes up to 500 MBs of data transfers per day* (e.g., 15 GBs per month)

Business NT 2000 Web Hosting Service    

Based on Microsoft's Internet Information Server (IIS) 5.0 Web server running on NT 2000 with support for FrontPage. Our Business NT Web hosting service is designed for ease of development and maintenance using FTP, MS Visual Interdev or MS FrontPage development packages. As an optional feature, the Microsoft SQL server supports database services.

Setup: $150 Includes domain transfer/registration. Annual Internic domain registration charges and Verisign RSA SSL encryption fees or renewals are not included.
