mission-critical as well as cost-sensitive applications.
Unlike
many of our competitors who rely heavily on a single backbone provider or
on low-cost/low quality public network access points and congested
public and private peering points, we provide
a choice. You can decide between our Premium IP offering or our
Basic IP offering depending on your specific needs and budget.
Our
Premium IP offering is based on a diverse
blend of the Premium IP access providers listed below. Premium IP
provides the highest level of service quality, reliability, and
performance backed by industry-leading service level
commitments and capabilities of the providers listed below. Our Basic
IP offering is based on the following Basic IP provider(s). This
offering also provides a high level of service quality, reliability, and
performance but at a lower cost per Mbps than our Premium offering.
The
type of IP port you choose is up to you based on your budget,
application, or other specific needs. Both offerings are diverse in
terms of redundancy and alternate routing paths. If problems are
encountered with either offering, traffic will be dynamically re-routed
over alternate routes until the problems are resolved.
