Acceptance of BAIS Legal Notices and Terms of Service required.
All hosting services require a minimum 1-year, fixed-term agreement.*
Service automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at the end of the initial one year term.
Bandwidth: All services include a specified amount of data transfer per month (bandwidth). Additional levels of data transfer are available in several flexible increments. Very high levels of bandwidth allocation are also available.
Standard dedicated hosting services may not include managed services such as system administration, software updates, or tape backup services unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
Primary and secondary DNS service is included. This service does not include domain name registration/transfer*, or DNS management.
Domain registration/transfer services are billed separately.
*Initial setup fee includes up to two (2) domain transfers. Additional domain transfers or domain registrations will be billed according to our current domain transfer/registration policies.
If a specified HW platform is not available, BAIS reserves the right to replace it with a comparable HW configuration
