- All hosting services require a minimum 1-year, fixed-term agreement.*
- Service automatically renews on a month-to-month basis at the end of the initial one year term.
- Bandwidth: All services include a specified amount of data transfer per month (bandwidth). Additional levels of data transfer are available in several flexible increments. Very high levels of bandwidth allocation are also available.
- Standard dedicated hosting services may not include managed services such as system administration, software updates, or tape backup services unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.
- Primary and secondary DNS service is included. This service does not include domain name registration/transfer*, or DNS management.
- Domain registration/transfer services are billed separately.
- *Initial setup fee includes up to two (2) domain transfers. Additional domain transfers or domain registrations will be billed according to our current domain transfer/registration policies.
- If a specified HW platform is not available, BAIS reserves the right to replace it with a comparable HW configuration
- Comparable CPU speed, memory and storage size may be provided.
