Service Availability You Can Count On

BAIS also understands you can't afford access downtime. That is why we have made ground-breaking commitments to our customers in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). BAIS' SLA provides commitments in three major areas:

  • Network availability: BAIS will maintain a 99.999% network availability to its leased line customers
  • Network performance: The latency (speed) of core sections of BAIS' network backbone will not fall below specified levels
  • Customer notification: BAIS' Network Operations Center continuously monitors all dedicated access services. Should a fault cause the service to become unavailable, BAIS will alert the customer within 30 minutes, during normal business hours
