Once service operation starts, BAIS MonPros expert monitoring staff will proactively monitor the entire network infrastructure 24/7/365 from BAIS’ Network Operation Center (NOC) located in our N+1 Datacenter.

Service Availability You Can Count On
BAIS also understands you can't afford access downtime. That is why we have made ground-breaking commitments to our customers in the form of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). BAIS' SLA provides commitments in three major areas:
- Network availability: BAIS will maintain a 99.999% network availability to its leased line customers
- Network performance: The latency (speed) of core sections of BAIS' network backbone will not fall below specified levels
- Customer notification: BAIS' Network Operations Center continuously monitors all dedicated access services. Should a fault cause the service to become unavailable, BAIS will alert the customer within 30 minutes, during normal business hours
Service Level Agreements are subject to regional and carrier availability. Details on SLA availability and terms are included in BAIS' Leased Line Service Agreement.
