BayArea.net provides a "true" point-to-point T1 line
from your location to our network access point--not an imitation.
Many providers sell IP-based access solutions or T1 look-alike offerings
that are actually connecting you to over-sold and shared IP or ATM/Frame
Relay backbones. Other providers will try to sell you a DSL line and
call it T1 -- Beware, these are not "true" T1 solutions. At BayArea.net, we provide
the real deal: a direct point-to-point T1 line from your location directly
to our closest access point. The lowest latency, highest
availability, and highest performance T1 line possible!
Our Basic Service T1 is
designed for customers who are looking for a true T1 service at a very
cost effective price but do not require our top level of support on a 24
x 7 x 365 basis.

Promotion
Terms and Conditions:
- Monthly
Price shown is for ISP Internet access service. Last mile
telco/carrier charges not included in price. These charges
vary based on proximity to serving Central Office and
Telco/carrier chosen.
- 1-year
term minimum service term required. SBC local loops require
2-year service term.
- Free installation
credit offer
limited to a maximum of $600 one-time charge from telco/carrier.
Customer will be billed for telco/carrier local loop charges
directly.
- Customer
is also responsible for local loop support from carrier. BAIS
will monitor and report carrier related problems to customer
but will not be customer of record or responsible for opening
and tracking carrier trouble tickets.
- Monitoring
and support from BAIS is only available Monday through Friday
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding Holidays.
- Equipment
support will be the responsibility of BAIS. Unless a CPE
support service is in place, onsite replacement services will
be on a best effort basis.
- Service
preparation fees waived on all standard promotional items ordered.
- All
equipment remains the property of BAIS, Inc. and must be
returned in full working condition upon termination of service
agreement. Customer may purchase equipment at anytime during
the course of the agreement or upon termination.
Offer valid on full (1.5Mbps) T1 services only. Early
cancellation penalties apply.
- Upgrades
or changes to equipment are available. Some restrictions and
additional costs may apply..
- Promotional
offers are intended for new customers only. Existing or
returning customers are not eligible for the above promotional
offers. See your Account Manager or sales person for details
on promotions or special offers available to existing or
returning customers.
